Pistachios are loaded with healthy things! Who knew?

Did you know that almost 90% of the fat in a pistachio is the healthy mono & polyunsaturated fats? Neither did I!

Did you know pistachios are a good source of fiber providing 3 grams per serving, that’s more than many types of whole fruit. You would have to eat three plums to get the same amount of fiber found in one serving of pistachios.

Pistachios are related to the mango fruit and the spice sumac. Who knew!



So they are good for you & taste fantastic. I realize it is a bit of a stretch to say that the Pistachio Cardamom Bon Bon is actually good for you but I feel totally comfortable saying that it is at least a "little" good for you!
